1. About these guidelines

These guidelines set the terms for using in-game footage, images, audio, and text from Senpo Mahjong ("the Game"), developed and operated by TechNeed ("we/us"), as well as press kit assets distributed on the official website (collectively, "the Content") in streams, videos, articles, and similar media.

Whether you are an individual or a company, you may use the Content within these guidelines without contacting us or requesting permission in advance.

2. What you can do

  • Create and post streams and videos featuring gameplay of the Game (YouTube, Twitch, Niconico, X, etc.)
  • Post screenshots and write guides or articles
  • Use monetization features officially provided by each platform (ad revenue, channel memberships, Super Chat, subscriptions, tips, etc.)
  • Create and post clips and edited videos
  • Use press kit assets in articles, thumbnails, and videos (including cropping, adding text, and similar edits that do not distort the content)

3. Prohibited

  • Extracting in-game audio, music, or images to distribute or sell as standalone assets (including videos or collections consisting only of BGM or voice clips)
  • Selling or distributing the video/stream content itself for a fee (other than through official platform monetization features)
  • Passing your content off as official content
  • Using the Game or its assets primarily to advertise your own unrelated products or services
  • Uses that violate public order and morals, or that aim to defame, discriminate against, or harass others
  • Content that promotes cheating, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service

4. Music and third-party rights

The permissions granted by these guidelines are limited to what we own or are authorized to license.

The Game's BGM includes music licensed from third parties. As a result, claims from rights holders may occur through platform rights-management systems such as YouTube's Content ID. If a claim occurs, please follow the platform's instructions. We cannot compensate for lost revenue or other damages resulting from such claims.

5. Fan works

Guidelines for fan works such as fan art are currently in preparation. Until they are published, please use common sense and stay within the prohibitions on this page.

6. Changes to these guidelines

These guidelines may change without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page. The latest published version applies at the time of use.
